Emily Gerald is a Litigation Paralegal for the firm and holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas State University at San Marcos. She specializes in supporting the firm's trial lawyers in complex civil litigation, including significant contract disputes, professional liability claims, business torts, real estate litigation, and disputes arising out of trust and probate proceedings. Emily excels in all aspects of trial preparation and discovery, including complex database management and legal research skills. Before joining Richardson Firm PLLC, Emily served as a litigation paralegal for an established Austin law firm in personal injury and social security disability litigation.
Outside the office, Emily enjoys the adventures of Austin, including attending local music events, dining out at Austin’s funky restaurants, training for triathlons, practicing yoga, and swimming. Emily is a volunteer with Austin Animal Center.
