Jim Richardson has been elected President-Elect of the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA), a non-profit organization accredited by the American Bar Association to provide board certification for attorneys in civil trial advocacy, civil pretrial practice, criminal trial advocacy, family trial advocacy, and social security disability. He was elected last week during the organization’s national Board of Directors meeting in Boston, Massachusetts.
The forty-three members of NBTA’s Board of Directors are nationally renowned trial lawyers, professors, and judges dedicated to bettering the quality of trial advocacy in our nation's courtrooms and helping the public find experienced and highly qualified trial lawyers.
